Change to Applying for a National Police Check

Important update to applying for a National Police Check.

Since 1 July 2024 National Police Record Check applications are now managed through Service Tasmania.

This means you can no longer obtain an application form or lodge your Police Record Check application at a police station or via post.

You can download your Record Check Application Form on our website or collect a hardcopy of the form from a Service Tasmania Service Centre.
